We help wrongfully treated employees
"Problems at work are no problem for us"
The Americans with Disabilities Act is a federal statute that protects disabled employees from discrimination in the workplace. A person may be considered "disabled" within the meaning of the law if he or she has an impairment that substantially limits a major life activity, if there is a record or history that such a disability exists, or if that employee is perceived to be disabled. The New York State Human Rights Law and the New York City Human Rights Law also protects the rights of disabled employees.
Examples of "disabilities" include:
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD)
